UAV Services and Applications

Wikipedia has a wonderful article about Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), but it does get confusing easily since there are a lot of overlap and different organizations describe them differently.

In Skyeye, in order not to confuse ourselves, we define UAVs as unmanned intelligent flying robots, capable of doing a range of tasks and mission. In relation to remote-controlled (RC) aerial vehicles, the variety that you can buy in Toy Kingdom or hobby shops, UAVs are differentiated for having an autopilot on-board (either to act on its own or to assist the operator) and have a special datalink (think of it as GSM vs 3G, where UAV is 3G and RC is GSM).

There are different classes of UAVs in general. Each one has different specialties and Skyeye is working hard to use them in taking on specific missions and applications. On the left menu, you will see the services that Skyeye can do to help you and your business.
